Please send us your full name and address, invoice, and photos of the damaged item(s).
As soon as we receive the email, we will assess the situation and use our sole discretion as Pantry Lovers to provide a refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement.
We will not issue a refund or replacement for all products broken or damaged by wear and tear. Pantry Lovers products are guaranteed and free from manufacturing faults & defects
We regret that we are unable to replace deliveries in the event that you change your mind. Our policy is to offer a full refund if your goods are found to be faulty, damaged during shipment, or incorrect. Please choose products carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

We are unable to ship to a PO BOX address. We can only ship to a street address and please ensure you provide your full street address during checkout to prevent delays in shipping your purchases.
